ABSTRAKT
V posledních několika letech se
Evropa, potažmo i celý svět potýká s problémy, které denně zaplňují
zpravodajství. Nejedná se pouze o stagnující ekonomiku v Evropské unii,
ale také o celkové změny chování počasí. Za připomenutí stojí každoročně se
opakující povodně ve střední Evropě či naopak požáry v jižní Evropě,
hurikány v Severní Americe nebo například zemětřesení ve východní Asii. To
vše má navazující důsledky, které ovlivňují životy mnoha lidí. Zde se nebavíme
pouze o poničených domech a infrastruktuře, ale i o katastrofách globálního
charakteru jako byla například jaderná elektrárna Fukušima.
Na evropské politické scéně se tak
neustále diskutují témata oživení ekonomiky, pomoci jižním státům, snižování
energetické náročnosti, snižování emisí CO2, využívání obnovitelných
zdrojů a s tím související vzdělanost, zaměstnanost a inovace.
Faktem, který lze jen těžko ovlivnit,
je, že populace na planetě přibývá a přibývat stále bude. Budou se tedy zvyšovat
nároky na energie ve všech podobách. A právě tímto se mimo jiné zabývá
Strategie Evropa 2020.
Hlavní cíle této strategie jsou:

Zvýšit
zaměstnanost ekonomicky aktivního obyvatelstva na 75 %.
·
Podporovat
výzkum a vývoj 3% HDP EU.
·
Podporovat
úroveň vzdělanosti obyvatelstva.
·
Využívání
obnovitelných zdrojů.
·
Snižování
energetické náročnosti a emisí CO2.
A právě zde se otvírá nový prostor pro
stavebnictví.

ABSTRACT
In the last few years, Europe, by extension, the whole world is dealing
with problems that fill the daily news. It is
not only the stagnant economy in the European Union,
but also the overall changes weather patterns. Noteworthy annually recurring floods in Central Europe or fires
in southern Europe, hurricanes in North America, or the earthquakes in East Asia. All this
has downstream consequences
that affect the lives of
many people. Here we are not talking only about damaged
houses and infrastructure,
but also about the global disasters such as the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
On the European political scene is constantly discuss
topics of economic recovery, helping the southern states, reducing energy consumption, reducing CO2
emissions, use of renewable
resources and the related education, employment and innovation.
The fact that it is
difficult to control, is that the planet's population is growing
and will grow steadily. There will be increasing
demands for energy in all its forms.
And this, among other things deals
with the strategy Europe
2020.
The main objectives of this strategy are:
• Increase employment of the economically active population to 75%.
• Support research and
development by 3% of EU GDP.
• Promote the education level of the population.
• Use of renewable energy sources.
• Reducing energy consumption and CO2
emissions.
And here is the new space
for cilvil engineering.
