Current Challenges in HR Management
Abstract
The paper addresses current issues
in management and concerns especially new challenges faced by the management
of organizations, such as Age Management, Work-Life Balance, measuring human
capital, personnel controlling or indicators of performance, in the framework
of the situation in the labor market, both current and expected. Methods used
in this paper are based on literature review and comparison of publicly
available statistical data. Some findings are related to civil engineering
companies and the paper also provides selected recommendations for these
companies.
