ABSTRAKT
Článek poukazuje na
dnešní postoj správců staveb technické infrastruktury vůči svému majetku a
popisuje dnes běžně užívané postupy jeho spravování. Představuje vybrané
nástroje facility managementu a nastiňuje možnosti jeho uplatnění pro správné
nastavení správy, údržby, obnovy a provozu inženýrských sítí. Příspěvek se
zabývá také výhledovými trendy a poukazuje na směr, který by mohl vést
k zajištění větší efektivnosti ve správě technické infrastruktury.

effective management of technical infrastructure
ABSTRACT
The article points out the current position of
administrator of technical infrastructure managers towards his property and
describes commonly used procedures today its deployment. Represents the
selected facility management tools and outlines the possibilities of its
application for correct adjustment of the administration, maintenance,
restoration and operation of utilities. The paper also addresses prospective
issues and points to the direction that could lead to ensure greater efficiency
of managing the technical infrastructure.
