ABSTRAKT
Článek se zaměřuje na
problematiku klasifikace a terminologie v oblasti Informačního modelování
budov (BIM) ve stavebním podniku a ve výstavbových projektech. Vysvětluje
důležitost klasifikace míry implementace BIM a poté shrnuje základní metodický
přístup ke klasifikaci BIM. Další část článku se poté zaměřuje na vysvětlení
doposud nejúspěšnějšího vyjádření míry implementace BIM, tzv. Wedge Diagram a identifikuje problematické oblasti
klasifikace. Věnuje se zejména oblasti odlišností trhů a odlišného historického
vývoje BIM ve světovém měřítku.

The effect of
BIM on risks in Construction Company
ABSTRACT
The paper is
focused on the topic of Building Information Modeling (BIM) classification and
terminology in construction company and construction projects. It explains the
importance of BIM implementation degree classification and put together basic
methodical approach to BIM classification. The next part of the paper is then
focused on the explanation of the most successful BIM implementation degree
expression by far - the Wedge Diagram. It also identifies the most problematic
fields of classification, in particular the field of market differences and
diverse BIM historical development in the worldwide scale.
