ABSTRAKT
Územní plánování obecně zasahuje do velkého počtu oblasti a vědních disciplin.
Příspěvek přibližuje problematiku regulace rozvoje území z pohledu stavebního zákona, který stanovil vytváření předpokladů pro výstavbu a pro udržitelný rozvoj území za cíl územního plánování.

Spatial planning in general affects a large number of areas and
disciplines.
The article describes the issue of regulation of the area
development from the perspective of the Building Act, which established the
creation of conditions for the construction and sustainable development as the
aims of spatial planning.
